This policy explains how ConvoAI International collects, uses, stores, and protects personal data when you visit convoai.design, create an account, use Google sign-in, receive verification email, purchase plans, or use AI design tools.
Data we collect
We may collect account details, email address, Google account identifiers when you choose Google sign-in, login/session records, payment and billing metadata, support messages, uploaded design materials, prompts, generated outputs, usage logs, device/browser data, and security/captcha records.
How we use data
We use data to provide accounts, authentication, design-generation services, workspace records, customer support, billing, fraud prevention, abuse detection, product improvement, legal compliance, and operational monitoring.
Service providers
We may use external service providers for identity verification, email delivery, card payment processing, infrastructure hosting, object storage, analytics, security checks, and AI processing. Public policy text describes these provider roles without disclosing private routing, relay, credential, or infrastructure details.
AI input and output
Prompts, uploaded images, project context, and generated results may be processed by AI service providers to perform the requested task. Do not upload confidential, restricted, third-party, or personal data unless you have permission and the data is necessary for the task.
Retention and security
We retain data for as long as needed to operate the service, keep account and billing records, resolve disputes, prevent abuse, comply with legal duties, and maintain backups. We use access controls, server-side credentials, HTTPS, and logging, but no internet service can be guaranteed perfectly secure.

ConvoAI International User Agreement
These terms apply when you access ConvoAI International, create an account, sign in with Google, use design-generation tools, store workspace records, or purchase plans and point packages.
Account responsibility
You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure, using a valid email, and ensuring that any Google account used for sign-in belongs to you or is lawfully controlled by you.
Acceptable use
You must not upload illegal, infringing, malicious, unsafe, unauthorized confidential, or abusive content. You must not attempt to bypass payment, rate limits, security checks, access controls, provider restrictions, or platform monitoring.
Design content
You retain responsibility for your prompts, uploaded files, project materials, and use of generated outputs. You must review AI outputs before relying on them for professional, construction, legal, financial, or safety-critical decisions.
Service availability
ConvoAI may change, suspend, limit, or discontinue features during beta, maintenance, provider outages, abuse prevention, legal compliance, or infrastructure incidents.
Membership and points
Plans, points, expiry, quotas, currencies, promotions, and payment providers are controlled by backend records and may differ from public preview copy until checkout is live. Consumed points and completed generations are recorded for billing and support review.
Limitation
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, ConvoAI is provided on an as-is and as-available basis. We are not responsible for indirect, consequential, or professional reliance losses arising from unreviewed AI outputs.

LEGAL / REFUND
ConvoAI International Refund Policy
This policy explains how refund requests are reviewed for International memberships, point packages, and future Stripe card payments.
Reviewable cases
We may review refund requests involving duplicate payment, incorrect fulfillment, payment captured but points or membership not delivered, confirmed technical inability to access a purchased service, or other verifiable billing errors.
Generally non-refundable
Used points, completed AI generations, downloaded assets, normal membership time already consumed, and outcomes that are technically delivered but not subjectively preferred are generally not refundable unless a billing or fulfillment error is confirmed.
How to request
Contact convoai@had-studio.com with your account email, order reference, payment time, payment provider, and a clear description of the issue. We may request additional information to verify the claim.
Processing route
Approved refunds are processed through the original payment provider where possible. Provider review, settlement timing, card-network rules, currency conversion, and payment fees may affect the final timing or amount.

本政策说明国际版会员、点数包及未来 Stripe 银行卡付款的退款申请如何审核。
可审核情形
如出现重复付款、履约错误、已扣款但未发放点数或会员、经确认无法访问已购买服务，或其他可核实的账单错误，我们可审核退款申请。
通常不退款情形
已消耗点数、已完成 AI 生成、已下载资产、已正常消耗的会员时间，以及技术上已交付但主观效果不符合预期的结果，通常不予退款，除非确认存在账单或履约错误。
申请方式
请发送邮件至 convoai@had-studio.com，并提供账号邮箱、订单参考、付款时间、支付供应商及问题说明。我们可能要求补充资料以核实申请。
处理路径
